  1. Order processing time • Ready-to-ship (in stock) — usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment clears. • Custom (made-to-order) — enters production after you order. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days before dispatch (weekends and holidays excluded).

  2. Shipping rates (GBP) • UK Standard — £4.99 • UK Express — £6.99 • UK Standard FREE on orders of £50 or more • EU Standard — £14.99 • International Standard — £23.99 Rates are calculated at checkout and may change with promotions.

  3. Delivery timelines Delivery time starts after your order has finished processing / been dispatched: • United Kingdom — Standard and Express options at checkout; Express is faster once the parcel is with the carrier. • EU & International — typically 15–35 business days after dispatch depending on destination, carrier, and customs. Occasional longer delays can occur outside our control.

If your order has not been delivered within 45 days of purchase, you may request a full refund under our Refund Policy (subject to the exceptions there).

  1. Tracking When your order ships, we email a tracking number and link where the carrier provides tracking. You can follow the shipment from that email.

  2. Customs duties & taxes UK prices include applicable UK taxes. For EU and international orders, any local customs duties or import taxes charged on delivery are the buyer’s responsibility unless we expressly state otherwise.

  3. Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, refused delivery, or missed delivery attempts.

  4. Chargebacks & delivery Once an order is marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, we cannot accept claims for non-receipt. Chargebacks filed after confirmed delivery may be treated as fraudulent use of payment services. We reserve the right to recover funds for delivered orders.
