  1. General Make My Bobblehead (“we,” “us,” “our”) is an online store selling ready-to-ship and made-to-order bobblehead collectibles, operated in connection with Monaksh Private Limited, Unit 9, Leefe Robinson Mews, Stanmore, HA7 1GE, United Kingdom. By using this site you confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement in your place of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page.

  1. Products & orders • Custom bobbleheads are made to order from the photo and options you provide. Review your order carefully before paying. After placement, custom orders enter production and generally cannot be changed or cancelled after 1 hour, or once production has started. • Ready-to-ship products are pre-made stock items and ship on the timelines in our Shipping Policy. • Product images are for illustration. Slight differences in colour, paint, or finish can occur with handmade / hand-painted items. • Sports and celebrity-style bobbleheads are fan collectibles inspired by public likenesses. They are not official licensed team or player merchandise unless expressly stated.

  2. Pricing & payment Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may change prices, shipping rates, or promotions without prior notice.

  3. Shipping & delivery • Ready-to-ship: typically 1–3 business days to dispatch. • Custom: typically 5–7 business days processing before dispatch. • International delivery after dispatch commonly takes 15–35 business days and may vary with customs. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

  4. Refunds & replacements Custom made-to-order items are generally final sale once in production, except for defect, damage, or incorrect items. Ready-to-ship unused returns follow the Refund Policy. See that policy for eligibility, the 45-day delivery guarantee, and how to contact us.

  5. Accuracy of information We aim to keep site information accurate but may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update content without prior notice.

  6. Intellectual property Site content (including logos, text, graphics, and images) belongs to Make My Bobblehead / Monaksh Private Limited or its licensors and may not be copied or distributed without prior written consent.

  7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits UK consumer statutory rights.

  8. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
